*Payment of $100 is contigent upon the tenant having followed these instructions. Rebate forms must be received within 30 days of the start of the lease. The $100 rebate offer by Cities4Rent has no effect on your rent, deposit, or any specials that may be offered by the apartment community. Cities4Rent is paid a referral fee from the property. $100 rebate is paid to tenant after referral fee is received from the property and is contigent upon property paying said fee and upon the tenant fulfilling their lease term. Previous tenants and renewal leases do not qualify for rental rebates. 'Sister property' leases may not qualify for rebates. Most properties pay within 60 days. Limit one rebate per unit.
